If you are a third party debt collection agency or attorney group primarly invoved in debt collection, we would like to invite you to apply for membership. Under the membership information tab, you will find a comprehensive lising of benefits. Also, various other membership categories are explained with links to ACA website for further information. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Illinois Collectors Association, please go to the contact page and enter your information or you may call the toll free number listed below. Consumers who wish to file a complaint on an ICA member, please click on the Consumer Complaint tab and fill out the necessary forms. ICA members are listed on the ACA website at www.acainternational.org , under members. Please verify that the agency is a member of ICA/ACA before submitting.
